My life did get picked up and moved to Colorado. I had an amazing first winter. Being a photographer was a blast! I have more stories than I can remember and many that I forgot or never remembered. I made amazing new friends and have kept in touch with the important ones from back home.
The scariest thing is I haven't ridden any single track at all since moving out here. Crazy! But then again I was told that there wouldn't be much riding when I got out here so to save room I skipped on packing the bike(s). BIG MISTAKE. Got out here and there were at least three weeks of great riding weather. But in any case I'll be headed back to Maine in just over two weeks then driving back out to Colorado with my bikes, a dog, and a friend.
I have been doing a bunch of running. It took me a long time to acclimate to the higher elevation, but I've been consistently running 4+ miles under 12minute pace.
Anyways, just wanted to do a quick update, hopefully I'll start posting more about riding, hiking, and running.
